Panel discussion: LGBTQI History in the Nordic Countries
RFSL invites you to a panel discussion on the topic of LGBTQI history in the Nordic countries. Come and listen to invited panelists from the Nordic countries who will discuss the importance of working with, and preserving queer history. How is the work being done to document our lives and experiences across the Nordic region? What can we learn from each other to ensure the preservation of our history? What efforts are being made towards preservation and documentation, and whose lived experiences are highlighted in queer historiography?
There is no cost and no tickets, but please answer yes to this event if you are planning to come! It will also be livestreamed via Zoom. A link will be uploaded in this event before the panel discussion starts.
After the panel discussion, we invite you to join us for a walking tour, Eva-Lisa’s Monument, following in the footsteps of the lesbian activist and trans pioneer Eva-Lisa Bengtson (1932–2018) on Södermalm. Read more about the walking tour here: https://www.samhultin.com/eva-lisa-s-monument
