This course gives you a fundamental understanding of programming concepts through practical examples and small projects. It's ideal for beginners who want to learn programming using Python or JavaScript. This course is in English!
Course level
No prior experience within web development is required, except from basic computer knowledge.
Online Course
The course is conducted online at a set time through video meetings. You will need an email address and a computer connected to the internet to participate. The computer should have a camera and microphone, or you can connect a headset (headphones with a microphone) to the computer. Before the course starts, you will receive a link and information on how to join, which will be sent to your email address.
Leader
Zoe Lindqvist has a background in both teaching and software development. She is currently studying Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University. Zoe has experience working with full-stack web development technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js. She is passionate about creating user-friendly solutions and inspiring others to grow within technology. Her previous experience as a school teacher has equipped her with the ability to adapt her teaching style to meet the needs of her students.

BOOKING:
When booking through our website, you need to provide an email address. You can also make your booking by phone at 08 453 41 00. As long as the course is still listed on the website, you may sign up for it. In that case, you will join the next available course session and pay the full course fee.
CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE:
A course confirmation and, if applicable, an invoice will be sent by email approximately 10 days before the course starts. Please note that the email may end up in your spam folder. If you prefer to receive your documents by post, please mention this in the comments field when registering.
DISCOUNTS:
Seniors, unemployed individuals (full-time), and those on long-term sick leave (full-time) are eligible for a 10% discount on our courses. This also applies to those receiving activity or sickness compensation from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan). To apply a discount, please choose "invoice" as your payment method and state the reason for the discount in the comments field when registering.
